Missing Fitchburg family found safe; parents arrested

A missing family from Fitchburg, Massachusetts, has been found safe in Texas. The mother, Ruth Encarnacion, and her boyfriend, Isael Rivera, were arrested and face five counts of custodial kidnapping. The children, aged 9 months to 10 years, are now in the care of Texas Child Protective Services. Massachusetts authorities are coordinating their return. Encarnacion and Rivera were reported missing after failing to attend a court hearing on March 4. They were located in Hill County, Texas, three days later.
