Missing man from Thodupuzha found murdered in warehouse

Police in Thodupuzha have uncovered the murder of a missing man, Biju Joseph, whose body was found in a manhole at a local warehouse. Biju had been reported missing just three days prior. The discovery was made during an investigation aimed at capturing a fugitive involved in a 'KAAPA' case from Paravur. The police traced the fugitive's mobile phone to the Devamatha Catering warehouse, where Biju's remains were hidden. The authorities have since arrested the fugitive and taken three additional suspects into custody. Among those suspects is Jomon, the owner of the catering business, who was in a partnership with Biju Joseph. Reports indicate that a financial dispute between the two was escalating, leading to an ongoing court case. Police believe this conflict may have triggered the murder. Initially, the suspects provided conflicting information about the body’s location, but they eventually confessed.
