Molly Workman wins PIAA 3A 100 free championship
Molly Workman of State College won the PIAA Class 3A championship in the 100 freestyle, repeating her title with a time of 48.85 seconds. This performance briefly set a new state record before it was surpassed shortly after. Workman's victory marks her fourth individual state title and her tenth state medal overall. She has achieved nine top-three finishes in her swimming career as a junior. Eve Phillips from Waynesboro secured the bronze medal in the same event with a time of 50.87 seconds.
