Monster Hunter Wilds reveals rare endemic life locations

In the game Monster Hunter Wilds, finding rare endemic life is crucial for understanding the new environment. Players can discover various unique creatures, some of which are easy to spot, while others are more challenging to find. Here is a guide to all the rare life forms in different regions and how to display them. In the Windward Plains, players can find two rare creatures: the Sandstar and the Black Windrustler. Sandstars glow and can only be seen at night during the Plenty and Fallow seasons, particularly in Area 13. They are quick, so it's best to use Screamer Pods to catch them. The Black Windrustler appears mainly in Areas 7, 8, and 10 during the Plenty season and is recognizable by its black scales. The Scarlet Forest is home to seven different rare specimens, with most available during the Plenty season. The Hymstrigian, a purple bird, can often be found in the shallow river of Area 8. Dazzlewings, found in Areas 6 and 11, are only present during the day. Regal Jewel Scarabs can be spotted on trees during the Fallow season, while the Goliath Squid requires fishing in Area 17 at night using special bait. Petricanths and Curioshell Crabs are common finds in Areas 16 and 8, respectively. In the Oilwell Basin, there are three rare finds. The Azure Rufflizard can be spotted in Area 4 without too much trouble. The Peony Sparklerjelly, found in Areas 13 and 14 at night, has a distinctive appearance. The Nu Yaya, related to a larger creature, is primarily found in Area 17 under specific conditions. Lastly, in the Iceshard Cliffs and Ruins of Wyveria, players can locate the Downy Crake, Gillopod, and Prism Hercudrome. The Downy Crake can ride on other creatures, while the Gillopod is exclusive to daytime during its season. The Prism Hercudrome appears only late at night in a specific tree in the Ruins of Wyveria. To display the rare creatures collected, players must go to the Windward Plains Base Camp. However, only one creature can be seen at a time, and it changes after each area reset.
