Mooyah Burgers opening in uptown Charlotte April 24

Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes is set to open a new location in uptown next month. The restaurant is renovating a 2,450-square-foot space at Queen City Quarter, which was formerly called the EpiCentre. The planned opening date is April 24. Arty Brown, the franchisee, mentioned that the uptown location is great because it is easy to reach by foot, car, or light rail. There is also plenty of parking available. The spot was previously occupied by Moe’s Southwest Grill and is linked to the Overstreet Mall. The restaurant received financial support from the U.S. Small Business Administration, totaling $848,000, in late 2024.
