Mother sentenced for threatening woman over shared partner

A 24-year-old mother named Paris Frost has been fined for threatening another woman with violence. Both women had children with the same man, which led to a lot of tension between them. In court, it was revealed that Frost made serious threats. She told the other woman she would break her legs and burn her house down. The threats were made through phone calls and social media. At one point, Frost even suggested the victim should "watch her house." The victim felt so scared that she had to move to her mother's home to feel safer. Frost was given a 12-month community order that includes a requirement for rehabilitation. She also has a restraining order that prevents her from contacting the victim or going to her home for five years. The court heard that the victim was deeply affected by Frost's actions and felt constantly watched and unsafe. Frost admitted to stalking, which caused serious alarm and distress to the victim. In addition to the fine, she must pay £500. If she does not pay, Frost could face 14 days in prison.
