Ramandeep Singh, a cricketer, has shared insights about the Mumbai Indians (MI) and their use of a special app called Sports Always. This app helps players analyze video data and improve their game. Ramandeep, who played for MI in 2022, discussed this on the Raj Shamani Podcast. The app allows players to view videos of any batsman facing any bowler globally. For example, players can look up how they fared against bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah. Ramandeep mentioned that MI is very organized in their planning, which sets them apart from other teams. In the 2024 IPL season, Ramandeep had a strong performance, contributing to KKR's third title despite scoring just 125 runs at a high strike rate. His loyalty to KKR led to them retaining him for 4 crore rupees, even when bigger offers came his way. Ramandeep turned down offers of up to 10 crore rupees to stay loyal to KKR. He believes in supporting the team that helped him grow as a player. He emphasized that while money matters, his main goal is to represent India and win the World Cup. Meanwhile, KKR began the IPL 2025 season with a defeat to RCB.
