Munster Rugby names Alex Codling as new forwards coach consultant

Munster Rugby has appointed Alex Codling as their new Forwards Coach Consultant. Codling, who is also the Forwards Coach for the Ireland Women’s team, will serve in this role on an interim basis. Codling joined the Ireland set-up at the start of the season and contributed to their successful WXV1 campaign. He will continue his dual role with the Ireland Women’s team as they prepare for the 2025 Women’s Six Nations. Before joining Ireland, Codling was Head Coach at Newcastle Falcons and has experience coaching with the senior England men’s team and other clubs.
