Murray earns fourth place at NCGA Championship in 2025

The Ithaca College gymnastics team wrapped up its 2025 season at the NCGA Championships held at Gustavus Adolphus on Saturday. Six gymnasts took part as individuals, competing alongside Cortland throughout the event. Murray achieved an impressive fourth place on the floor exercise, scoring 9.850, which matched her career best. She ranked first overall after three rounds but was moved to second after the fourth round, and then dropped to fourth as two gymnasts from Wisconsin-LaCrosse performed well with scores of 9.900 and 9.875. This performance earned Murray her third career All-America honor. She previously ranked third during her first year and was named a Second Team All-American last season. With this achievement, she became the 102nd All-American in the program's history. Additionally, Murray competed on the vault, where she tied for 24th with a score of 9.600. Other gymnasts had notable performances as well. One gymnast tied for 12th on the bars with a score of 9.625 and another excelled on the beam with a score of 9.725, placing her tied for 17th. The beam event was highly competitive. Six gymnasts shared the national title, all scoring 9.850. Another gymnast also performed well on the floor, finishing tied for 29th with a score of 9.750. In vault, a gymnast tied for 35th with a score of 9.500, while another on bars received a score of 8.700.
