Mysterious woman ringing doorbells unsettles Gwalior residents
Residents of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, are alarmed by reports of a mysterious woman ringing doorbells at night. Videos shared on social media show her walking strangely and disappearing after the eerie encounters. The woman has been spotted in the Raja Mandi and Sona Garden areas. CCTV footage captures her ringing doorbells around midnight, often without any response when locals call out to her. She is seen wearing a salwar-kameez, with her face obscured by a long dupatta, which adds to the mystery. Local animals, including stray dogs and cattle, have reacted oddly near her, fleeing as she approaches. This has intensified the intrigue surrounding her presence. Additional Superintendent of Police Niranjan Sharma mentioned that no formal complaints have been made but said police are increasing patrols in the area. He emphasized the importance of monitoring the situation to gather more details about the woman. While some see her actions as a harmless prank, others are more concerned about the unsettling nature of her behavior. Authorities have promised a thorough investigation to address public fears. This is not the first incident of its kind in the area; a similar case occurred a few years ago, involving a woman looking for a house.
