The signing took place with the presence of officials, including divisional commissioner Vijayalakshmi Bidari. This event marks the beginning of similar MoU signings planned for various districts in the region starting next month. There are also proposals for four other hotel projects from different companies. Investments range from small to large enterprises. Government officials have indicated that they will provide support to these industries. Additional significant investments include over Rs 1,100 crore from Xolopak India Limited for a packaging unit in Gondia, and a similar unit planned for Nagpur.
