Nandini dairy launches idli and dosa batter in Bengaluru, plans expansion based on feedback
Karnataka's Nandini dairy has launched its idli and dosa batter in Bengaluru, competing with established brands like MTR and ID. The product, enriched with whey protein, is available in 450-gram and 900-gram packs, priced at ₹40 and ₹80, respectively. The launch, which was delayed multiple times, was announced by Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. Nandini plans to expand to other cities based on consumer feedback. Nandini has also recently entered the Delhi market and launched a whey-based energy drink in the U.S. during the T20 World Cup, marking its first sponsorship of international cricket teams.
