Napa Valley estate once home to Two Buck Chuck winery listed for $35 million
Benessere Vineyards, located in Napa Valley, is now on the market for $35 million. This estate includes a winery, tasting room, and multiple residences on 43 acres, featuring 6,300 square feet of living space with eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The site was once home to the Charles Shaw winery, known for its "Two Buck Chuck" wines. The original winery closed after bankruptcy in 1990, and the property was later transformed into Benessere Vineyards, which specializes in Italian varietals. John and Ellen Benish purchased the property in 1994 for $1.529 million and have since restored it, producing their first vintage in 1995. The vineyard now offers a variety of Italian wines, reflecting the region's rich winemaking heritage.
