Nat Geo's wildlife series premieres tonight on television
A new wildlife docuseries titled "Animals, They’re Just Like Us!" premieres tonight on National Geographic WILD. This six-part series explores the similar behaviors between humans and various animals around the world. The show features animals like penguins, giraffes, and chimpanzees showing emotions such as love and grief. It will take viewers to all seven continents to highlight these surprising connections. The series includes quirky behaviors, such as dolphins naming each other and flamingos applying makeup. Tonight's first episode is called "A Penguin Proposal," featuring a romantic penguin, a flamingo makeup artist, and a clever badger. The second episode, "House Hunting Hermit Crabs," will show a crab shell swap, a chimp’s pet, and an otter kidnapping. Two episodes will be released each week. To watch the premiere, viewers need access to Nat Geo WILD. If you don't have cable, the channel is available on several streaming services like Sling TV, Fubo, Hulu with Live TV, and YouTube TV. Episodes will also be available for streaming on Disney+ and Hulu the following day.
