Nathan Goonan resigns as National Australia Bank CFO
National Australia Bank announced the resignation of Nathan Goonan as group chief financial officer. Goonan, who held the position since July 2023, has been with the bank for about 15 years. Shaun Dooley, the current group chief risk officer, will serve as acting CFO while NAB searches for a replacement. Additionally, Rachel Slade will leave her role as group executive for business and private banking on July 1. Westpac has appointed Goonan as its new chief financial officer following his departure from NAB.
