NATO and Ukraine to hold emergency talks after Russia's hypersonic missile attack

NATO and Ukraine will hold emergency talks following Russia's recent attack on Dnipro with a new hypersonic missile. This missile, named Oreshnik, is said to be a response to Ukraine's use of Western long-range missiles.
