NDA corporators motion to dismiss Visakhapatnam Mayor

NDA corporators in Visakhapatnam have submitted a notice for a no-confidence motion against Mayor Golagani Hari Venkata Kumari of the YSR Congress Party. The motion was delivered to District Collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad on Saturday. A total of 69 out of 97 corporators signed the notice. The submission was led by local politicians, including MLA Panchakarla Ramesh Babu and MLA Ch. Vamsikrishna Srinivasa Yadav. They were joined by corporators from the Jana Sena Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party. Ramesh Babu accused the YSRCP of involvement in several scams over the last four years. He stated that after the notice is submitted, the authorities are expected to notify the Mayor within two weeks. Following this, a meeting will be held to discuss the motion.
