Netflix adds acclaimed sci-fi film Predestination starring Sarah Snook and Ethan Hawke

Netflix has added the 2014 sci-fi film "Predestination," featuring Sarah Snook and Ethan Hawke, to its streaming service in the U.S. The movie, based on a Robert A. Heinlein short story, explores time travel and identity.

Despite earning less than $5 million at the box office, "Predestination" has received positive reviews, holding a "Certified Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It features complex themes and strong performances, particularly from Snook, who plays a character with a unique backstory.

The film follows a Temporal Bureau agent, played by Hawke, as he tries to stop a terrorist while uncovering the mysteries of his own past. "Predestination" is also available on other streaming platforms and digital on-demand services.
