Netflix announces horror anime "The Summer Hikaru Died."

Netflix is set to release a new horror anime, "The Summer Hikaru Died," this summer. The show is based on a popular manga that began in 2021. Netflix and CygamesPictures have shared a new poster and visuals featuring the main characters, Hikaru and his best friend Yoshiki. In the story, Yoshiki is a high school student. He notices that something is off about Hikaru, who has come back after disappearing in the mountains. The manga has a mysterious and eerie theme that fans of the horror genre are looking forward to. The new images depict the friendship between Yoshiki and Hikaru. They hint at the inner conflict Yoshiki faces, as he struggles to understand the changes in Hikaru.
