Larry Ellison's purchase of the Eau Palm Beach has led to some changes, including a temporary Nobu restaurant. Other renovations include the Seagate Resort, which has revamped its dining options and public areas. While new hotels are emerging, established ones like the Boca Raton are investing heavily in renovations to keep up. Its recent $130 million update includes a new restaurant and spa treatment options. The Breakers, another iconic hotel, is introducing new tennis facilities with a big exhibition match to celebrate. Even competitors like The Colony are adapting. They've refreshed their rooms and added community events, while also expanding their property portfolio with nearby condos. As these new and renovated hotels debut, Palm Beach is transforming, creating more options for both visitors and residents alike.
