New NAIA ensures water supply during planned 16-hour interruption at Manila airport

The New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC) will ensure a continuous water supply at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) during a 16-hour service interruption by Maynilad Water Services Inc. This interruption is scheduled from 2 p.m. on November 1 to 6 a.m. on November 2. NNIC plans to use water reserves from Terminal 3's tanks, which hold 3.2 million liters. They will also deploy water trucks and place containers in restrooms to maintain supply during the outage. NNIC, which took over NAIA on September 14, 2024, has committed to significant investments and improvements at the airport. They remind passengers to conserve water during this period.
