New theme park rides debuting in Orlando and beyond
Universal's new Epic Universe park in Orlando will open on May 22, featuring five lands, including a Harry Potter area. It will have a high-tech ride and a dual-launch coaster, marking a significant expansion for Universal. Alton Towers launched Toxicator, a world-first ride that stands 78 feet high, allowing spectators to watch riders spin above a pool. The park also offers a VIP experience for its Nemesis Reborn rollercoaster. Paulton’s Park will debut Dr Kinley’s haunted house on May 17, while LEGOLAND Windsor will host its first festival from May 3 to June 8. Disney parks in Orlando and Paris are introducing new nighttime parades and shows this summer.
