New York man surrenders after Massachusetts shooting incident
A 20-year-old man from New York has turned himself in after a shooting incident in Lincoln, Massachusetts. The police reported gunshots in the area late Saturday night. Justin Warner surrendered to the Lincoln Police Department around noon on Monday. After his arrest, he was taken to Concord District Court. He is being held until a dangerousness hearing, which is set for Tuesday. Warner faces several gun charges. These include illegal possession of ammunition and a large-capacity feeding device, as listed in court documents. The shooting occurred shortly before midnight on March 15, near South Great Road, close to the Weston town line. Police found a vehicle in a conservation area containing an AK-47 and a 9 mm handgun. During their search for Warner, police used drones and dogs, but they were unable to locate him. Earlier, a 20-year-old local resident was arrested in connection with the incident.
