New York Times launches Strands puzzle featuring walking theme for February 24
The New York Times has introduced a new daily puzzle called Strands, which is a more challenging version of a word search. Players must find hidden "theme words" in a grid by manipulating letters. Each puzzle includes a "spangram," a special word that connects two sides of the grid. Players can earn hints by finding non-theme words, which help reveal letters of the theme words. For February 24, the theme is "Step to it," with a hint related to ways of walking. The spangram and answers include GETMOVING, TIPTOE, WADDLE, STRUT, SHUFFLE, STROLL, SKIP, and MOSEY.
