NFL concludes investigation into Deshaun Watson's sexual assault allegations
The NFL has concluded its investigation into sexual assault allegations against Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson, citing insufficient evidence to support a violation of its personal conduct policy. The allegations were made in a lawsuit filed in September. The lawsuit, which claimed incidents from October 2020, has been resolved through a confidential settlement. Watson denied the allegations, and no formal charges were filed against him. Watson previously served an 11-game suspension in 2022 after multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct. He has settled 23 of 24 lawsuits related to those allegations.
