NLEx Marilao northbound lanes reopen March 26, 2025

All four lanes of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) Marilao northbound are set to reopen on Wednesday. The reopening will begin at 1 a.m. on March 26, 2025, ahead of schedule. The announcement comes from NLEx as they complete repair work on the bridge damaged by a truck collision on March 19. The truck was too tall for the bridge, which caused significant traffic delays. NLEx attributed the early reopening to the quick delivery of the steel parts needed for the repairs. However, some supporting street poles will still be in place on the lanes to help with the concrete drying process. To ease congestion, NLEx has also introduced temporary toll relief for vehicles traveling north from Balintawak to Meycauayan. This area sees around 320,000 motorists each day.
