No significant damage reported at Northern Luzon airports after Typhoon Marce

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) reported no significant damage to airports in Northern Luzon from Typhoon Marce. Airports in Tuguegarao, Cauayan, Basco, Laoag, and Palanan remain operational. However, all commercial flights in Laoag and Palanan were canceled, and flights to and from Basco were also suspended. Cauayan saw some flights continue, while operations were halted at airports in Lingayen, Vigan, San Fernando, Rosales, and Baguio. CAAP is monitoring the situation to ensure passenger safety, according to CAAP director general Manuel Antonio Tamayo.
