North Andover schools to lay off 40 staff members

The North Andover Public Schools plan to lay off nearly 40 teachers next school year. This decision has sparked strong opposition from the North Andover Teachers Association. On Saturday, teachers held a rally at North Andover Middle School to protest against the budget cuts.
