NVIDIA launches RTX 50 Series GPUs with advanced DLSS 4 technology
NVIDIA has launched the RTX 50 Series GPUs at CES 2025, featuring the new DLSS 4 technology. This version includes significant upgrades to AI models, using transformer-based architectures similar to those in advanced AI systems. A key feature of DLSS 4 is Multi Frame Generation, which can create up to three extra frames for each rendered frame. This allows for frame rates up to 240 FPS in 4K gaming with full ray tracing on the RTX 5090. At launch, 75 games and applications will support Multi Frame Generation. Existing DLSS-enabled games can also be upgraded to utilize the new AI models, enhancing the gaming experience across a wide range of titles.
