NVIDIA reveals specs for GeForce RTX 5070 Ti with 16 GB memory and new GPU

wccftech.com December 14, 2024, 07:01 PM UTC

NVIDIA's upcoming GeForce RTX 5070 Ti will feature 16 GB of GDDR7 memory and a new GB203-300 GPU, with a total board power of 350W. This marks an increase of 50W from earlier reports. The RTX 5070 Ti will use a cut-down version of the same GPU found in the higher-end RTX 5080. This is an improvement over the previous generation, where the "Ti" variant used a different, lower-end chip. The RTX 5070 Ti is expected to launch in early 2025, alongside other models in the RTX 50 series. It will offer a 256-bit memory bus and improved bandwidth compared to the RTX 4070 Ti.
