Nvidia unveils Grace-Blackwell AI PC platform for developers at CES
Nvidia has introduced the GraceBlackwell GB10 platform, designed specifically for AI developers. This new system combines an Arm CPU with a Blackwell GPU, aiming to compete with Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm in the AI PC market. The Project DIGITS workstation starts at $3,000 and offers high performance with 128GB of memory and 4TB of storage. It supports AI models with up to 200 billion parameters and allows developers to work locally on Linux-based systems. Currently, the platform is not a general-purpose PC, as it does not support Windows. Nvidia's CEO stated the goal is to provide powerful AI tools for researchers and students, with potential future developments for broader consumer use.
