Nvidia unveils RTX 50 series GPUs at CES 2025 with enhanced performance and AI features
Nvidia has launched its new RTX 50-series GPUs at CES 2025, promising nearly double the performance of the previous RTX 40-series. The flagship RTX 5090 features 32GB memory and 21,760 CUDA cores, while the RTX 5080 offers 16GB memory and 10,752 CUDA cores. The RTX 50-series includes models for laptops, set to release in March 2025. Key AI features include DLSS 4, which enhances frame rates and image quality, and Neural Shaders for improved textures. Prices for the RTX 50-series start at $549 for the RTX 5070 and reach $1,999 for the RTX 5090. The RTX 5080 and 5090 will be available from January 30, 2025, with the RTX 5070 Ti and 5070 launching in February.
