NYPD investigates lewd act on Harlem subway train

The New York Police Department is looking for help from the public to identify a man involved in a lewd act on the subway. This incident occurred on March 16 aboard a northbound “3” train in Harlem. At approximately 2:10 p.m., passengers reported seeing the man performing a lewd act as the train approached the 145 Street station. The suspect exited the train at the Harlem-148 Street station and has not been located. There were no reported injuries from this incident. The NYPD has shared surveillance images of the man and is asking anyone with information to come forward.
