Ocean Park in Hong Kong closes upper section due to issues
Hong Kong's Ocean Park has announced that the upper park is closed until further notice. This follows a signal failure that suspended cable car rides. The problem was detected on Wednesday morning. The cable car connects the Summit, or upper park, to the Waterfront, or lower park. To ensure visitor safety, a detailed inspection of the rides is currently being conducted. Additionally, the Ocean Express train is undergoing its annual inspection. Therefore, transport services between the Summit and Waterfront are also suspended. Ocean Park has apologized for the inconvenience. Visitors can still enjoy the lower park, which remains open and accessible by public or private transport.
