Ohio State football wins first title in ten years
Ohio State's football team has won its first national championship in ten years, achieving this in the inaugural 12-team College Football Playoff. The team secured the title after winning four consecutive games. The Ohio State pistol team has also continued its success, winning its fifth straight national title with a score of 4,476, surpassing Navy and Army. This marks the sixth title since coach Emil Milev took over in 2018. Additionally, the women's ice hockey team has advanced to the Frozen Four for the fifth consecutive year. They will face Cornell in the semifinals, aiming for a fourth straight national title appearance.
