Old Gold Racing partners with Henry de Bromhead in Ireland

A prominent horse racing syndicate is venturing into new territory by training its first horse in Ireland. Old Gold Racing, known for its success in the UK, has chosen a five-year-old mare named Fedneys Park. She was previously a Point-to-Point winner in Co. Cork. Fedneys Park will be trained by Henry de Bromhead. He recently celebrated a successful Thursday at the Cheltenham Festival, winning two races. The mare is set to make her debut on the racecourse later this year. Old Gold Racing began selling shares in Fedneys Park on March 20th. Beforehand, a private sale took place on St. Patrick's Day. Ed Seyfried, the CEO of Old Gold Racing, expressed excitement about this venture in Ireland. He highlighted de Bromhead's impressive record with notable races, suggesting Fedneys Park has great potential. De Bromhead also shared his enthusiasm, noting how well Fedneys Park performed in her Point-to-Point race. He believes she is a promising horse and looks forward to seeing her race.
