OnlyFans model avoids jail for filming underage girl

An OnlyFans model has avoided prison after filming inappropriate videos with an underage girl. The model, Ellie Rixon, is 20 years old and worked with a 16-year-old girl to create explicit content over seven months. Rixon initially thought the girl was 18 but continued the activity after learning her true age. Liverpool Crown Court discovered that Rixon had made multiple indecent images, totaling 173, with the most serious category A images being the worst. The victim reported Rixon to the police and indicated that Rixon was selling and sharing the videos online. In court, Rixon cried when faced with the possibility of a six-year prison sentence. Instead, the judge gave her a suspended 24-month sentence. She must complete a 12-month drug rehabilitation program, register as a sex offender for ten years, and follow a sexual harm prevention order. The judge emphasized that even though the victim consented to the filming, it was still illegal since she was underage. Rixon admitted to several charges related to the production and distribution of child indecent images.
