Flaherty had a strong season with a 3.17 ERA and 194 strikeouts. The Orioles are looking to fill a gap in their rotation after Corbin Burnes signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Flaherty previously struggled with the Orioles but excelled with the Detroit Tigers before rejoining the Dodgers.
