The typhoon is currently located near San Agustin, Isabela, with maximum sustained winds of 130 kilometers per hour and gusts up to 180 kph. Additionally, a tropical depression outside the Philippine area is expected to strengthen into a typhoon this week, to be named Ofel upon entering the area.
