Paradise Valley Mall adds new businesses to its lineup

Several new businesses, including Cala and Velvet Taco, will open at the redeveloped Paradise Valley Mall, expanding the PV lineup. The second phase of the $2 billion redevelopment will also include Harry & Izzy’s, Too Sweet Cakes, and Zara Nail Bar, with openings expected in the first quarter of 2026. The first phase is fully leased and already features Whole Foods Market and other retailers. The redevelopment is expected to continue over the next five-plus years, with additional openings planned, including Wren House Brewing Co. and Federal Pizza.
