Paras Defence wins ₹142 crore anti-drone laser project
Paras Defence & Space Technologies Ltd has won a contract worth Rs 142.31 crore from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). This contract is for a project to develop a high-powered anti-drone laser system. The work will take place over 24 months and is expected to boost India's defence capabilities. The Centre for High Defence Systems & Sciences (CHESS), part of DRDO, is overseeing the project.
