Paterson area had 24 home sales last week

From March 10 to March 16, a total of 24 homes were sold in the Paterson area. The median sale price during this week was $567,000 for a 1,268-square-foot home located on East 31st Street. Several notable sales included a home at 366 Trenton Ave. which sold for $234,900, and another at 294 E. 16th Street for $249,200. Larger homes also changed hands, such as the property at 442 E. 34th Street, which sold for $700,000 and measured 3,778 square feet.
