Perry football advances to regional final with win over Streetsboro as Walter Moses throws five touchdowns

Perry defeated Streetsboro 45-21 in a Division IV, Region 13 semifinal on Friday. Quarterback Walter Moses threw five touchdown passes, leading Perry to victory. Running back Carter Hopkins contributed with two touchdown catches and a rushing score. Streetsboro briefly narrowed the score to 24-21 with a touchdown in the third quarter. However, Perry responded quickly with a 50-yard touchdown pass from Moses to Jimmy Ashburn, extending their lead. Perry, now 12-1, will face Glenville for the regional title on November 22. Streetsboro ends its season with a record of 12-1.
