Peter Niro Jr. of New Britain passes away at 57 surrounded by family

Peter Niro, Jr., 57, of New Britain, passed away at home on December 10, 2024. He was the husband of Judy Niro and is survived by his children and step-daughters, along with his mother and siblings. Peter was born in Hartford and raised in Newington. He had a successful career in landscaping and real estate and was passionate about his farm, Niro Family Farm. He was a devoted member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. Visitation will be on December 16, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on December 17 at St. Francis of Assisi Church. He will be laid to rest at St. Mary Cemetery in New Britain.
