Philadelphia man faces charges in fatal hit-and-run of woman in wheelchair

Jamal McCullough, a 37-year-old man from Philadelphia, has been charged in a hit-and-run incident that killed a 61-year-old woman in a wheelchair on City Avenue. The incident occurred on November 11. McCullough turned himself in to police on Monday. He faces multiple charges, including accident involving death, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Previously, police released surveillance images of a male suspect and a vehicle, which was identified as a dark-colored Toyota Camry. The vehicle was recovered on November 13, and McCullough was later identified as the driver.
