Philippine Coast Guard rescues two fishermen off Bataan coast

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) rescued two fishermen off the coast of Bataan on December 20 after their boat's engine failed. The fishermen, identified as Giovannie Austria and Angelo Pilote, were found in Barangay Binuangan. The PCG received a distress call around 8:03 a.m. and launched a search operation with the help of the vessel BRP Cabra. They located the fishermen and brought them to safety. Upon arrival at the port of Lamar on December 21, the fishermen were checked for vital signs. They were then handed over to a relative after the rescue operation.
