Philippines prepares for impact of Severe Tropical Storm Nika
Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro has directed regional directors to prepare for Severe Tropical Storm Nika, which is expected to impact Luzon. It is currently located 690 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon, moving north-northwest at 30 kph.
