McCutcheon, standing 6-foot-1 and weighing 200 pounds, spent the last two seasons primarily on the Rams' practice squad. He has not yet played in a regular season game but has over 200 snaps in two preseasons. McCutcheon began his college career at Gardner-Webb before transferring to Western Carolina, where he recorded 10 passes defensed. He went undrafted in 2023 but has shown potential during his time with the Rams.
