Police arrest Massachusetts woman for alleged drunk driving with child in car

A Boston woman, Noelle Tarrant, 41, was arrested for allegedly driving drunk with a child in her car. She faces multiple charges, including operating under the influence and child endangerment. Police found Tarrant's car stopped on the wrong side of the road in Reading around 2 a.m. on February 15. Officers attempted a traffic stop but discovered she was unconscious with the engine running and a child in the back seat.
