Miami Beach has increased its police presence and set strict curfews to prevent large gatherings. As a result, spring break-related arrests in Miami Beach have dropped this year. In Fort Lauderdale, where there is no curfew, more spring break-related incidents are occurring as partygoers move north from Miami Beach. Recently, Fort Lauderdale also experienced chaos with an illegal boxing match that had a cryptocurrency betting system. This incident involved a large crowd gathered for fights, leading to further disorder. Meanwhile, in Fort Myers, another student violently attacked a man, drawing attention to issues across different locations in Florida during the spring break season.
